NEW TO CROSSFIT?
1. Your first step in getting started is to set up a one on one intro class with Nate.
This is a one hour class that will help you understand what exactly happens here at CrossFit Valor. After a brief explanation about CrossFit and what we do, you will be taught a few fundamental movements that will help you along in your fitness journey. These movements will then be put into a beginner workout to give you a taste of a CrossFit workout.
If you have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience this section is for you. Trust us, we get it. There are a lot of CrossFit gyms out there, and you want to make sure this is the right gym for you. You are more than welcome to come in and try out a few classes on us to make sure our gym is the best fit for you.

We love having visitors drop-in, so feel free to stop by! There is a $20 drop in fee for each visit.
If you plan on coming to any of our open gym times, you must have 3 months of CrossFit experience.
Need a gym for a week or more while you are in Columbia? That is not a problem! Please let us know when you will be in town and for how long. After we have that information we will figure out a price for the duration of your stay in town.
