STRENGTH:

Alternating EMOM for 10 minutes:

Minute 1: 3 Front Squats

Minute 2: 6 Back Squats

@ 65-80% of 1RM Front Squat

WORK CAPACITY:

Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes:

Minute 1: 15 Wallballs (20/14)

Minute 2: Max Double Unders in :30 seconds
